Digitels owned and operated by PT. Smart Indonesia Application ("Digitels" or "We"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, process and protect identified personal information ("Personal Data") that you ("User") may provide in connection with digitels services available through the website on the www.digitels.com ("Site"). Personal Data means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from data and other information to which the organization has or may have access. References to the Site are deemed to include derivatives thereof, including but not necessarily limited to mobile websites and applications. By visiting or using the Site, you agree and consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and/or the Website Terms. From time to time, Digitels may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, the collection and practice of using our Personal Data, the features of our Site, or advances in technology. Such Personal Data includes but is not limited to your name, Digitels user identification and login credentials, address, telephone number, e-mail address, hotel name, hotel location and/or length of stay. We also collect non-personally identified information (which cannot be used to identify you), including but not limited to your internet protocol ("IP") address, geographic location data, operating system type, nationality, search preferences, as well as other general data related to Internet usage.

2. Sharing and Transferring of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data will/may be disclosed by Digitels to Digitels affiliated companies. Digitels (and/or its affiliated companies) may also disclose your Personal Data to third party service providers, suppliers or agents for one or more of the above purposes from time to time. Third-party services include but are not limited to website hosting, data analysis, marketing, processing credit card transactions, and the provision of services. In some cases, when you transact directly with a third party to obtain services, or when you use the Site to book a hotel room or obtain other products or services, we may provide your Personal Data to that hotel or other third party. Depending on your location, Digitels, affiliated companies and third party service providers, suppliers or agents may also transfer your Personal Data abroad. consent to Digitels and/or Digitels affiliated companies transferring your personal data out of the premises of other Digitels affiliated companies to which these other Digitels affiliated companies are located, and to Digitels' third party service providers (or Digitels affiliated companies), suppliers or agents for the purposes described above.

You may withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time, by providing us with reasonable notice. After registering, you will receive a password and user identification ("Username"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username, and you are solely responsible for all activities related to your Username or password. You can only use one Username and password at a time and are not allowed to use more than one Username. Your password is solely for your own use, and you agree to strictly keep your password confidential. You agree to immediately notify Digitels of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. For better security, please ensure that you log out or log out of your account after each use of this Site. You agree that Digitels will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by us, you or any third party arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

8. Business Transfers

In the event of a change of control or change of ownership of all or part of Digitels' business or the company, including the site, then the User's Personal Data may/will be part of the transfer of such assets.

Please note that given that we are a company registered in Indonesia, this Privacy Policy has been prepared solely in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. We do not represent or warrant that this Privacy Policy complies with the privacy laws of any other jurisdiction and as such, you will not interpret this Privacy Policy out of thin air.
